A versatile environment designed to both showcase the brand’s furniture offerings and serve as the new downtown offices for the Innovative team, while providing a dynamic space for hosting events.

One thing Innovative Office Solutions knew before opening its new downtown furniture showroom was that no one was volunteering to wash the windows. The challenge was how to effectively use this high level of street visibility to promote their unique brand while allowing each individual product line to shine. The answer was simple—make it an “office” where people actually want to work. We infused the space with the IOS brand and culture, making it feel ownable and aspirational for the IOS team, while also making it a destination for their client partners to experience the brand’s leadership in workplace furniture. How’s it going? Well, no one’s grabbing a squeegee, but team members are actually lobbying to office there!
